Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and postmarked or emailed prior to July 1. Refunds are subject to a $100 service charge. Refunds will not be issued on cancellations postmarked or received after July 1. To accommodate our attendees, substitutions will be accepted from the same city/firm up to July 1. After this time, a charge of $20 will be applied for any substitution.
